Project overview

An expansion and renovation project focused on improving passenger flow, security processing, and the overall airport experience. The project introduces a second security screening lane and expands the existing terminal to accommodate increased passenger volumes and provide a more efficient, comfortable queuing experience.

The design repurposes underutilized office and back-of-house areas to create an expanded security checkpoint and significantly larger queue area. A bump-out addition extends the existing terminal footprint while integrating seamlessly with the current facility and its operations.

The project required close coordination across multiple design disciplines and consulting teams, ensuring that architectural, engineering, and operational requirements were carefully integrated into the existing terminal environment while maintaining continuity of airport operations.
