Bronx Towers Modernization

A comprehensive modernization of two existing residential towers focused on improving the quality, accessibility, and functionality of the living environment. The project brings existing residential units and shared spaces up to current code and accessibility standards while introducing upgraded amenities that enhance the everyday experience for residents.

New elevator systems improve vertical circulation and provide a more secure and reliable means of movement throughout the buildings.
