Peoria Equipment Storage

A purpose-built equipment storage facility designed to support efficient vehicle storage, maintenance, and daily operations. The project introduces a durable, single-story pre-engineered metal building organized around the movement and storage needs of large maintenance vehicles and equipment.

The facility provides seven double-loaded parking bays, with internal circulation on both sides of the building to promote efficient vehicle movement and access. A dedicated wash bay further supports equipment maintenance, creating a centralized and functional environment for ongoing operations.

The design prioritizes clear circulation, operational efficiency, durability, and ease of maintenance, creating a flexible facility capable of supporting the demands of large-scale equipment and seasonal operations.
